Here is information about the Amateur Radio License testing sessions in the Louisville area. Tests are held a two different locations depending on the month and week. See below for more information.
Bring your testing fee ($10.00, exact change PLEASE), valid Government issued photo I.D., an original copy AND photocopy (no copying facilities at the test site) of your license and any necessary CSCE. You must have them with you! Tell your friends. Good luck.

Second Friday of the even-numbered months: (February, April, June, August, October, December)
Testing begins around 5:30 PM. Registrations must be completed prior to 6:30 PM to finish testing by 7:30 PM.

*September testing is held at the Louisville Hamfest.
Walk-in registration from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM by appointment.

Third Saturday of even-numbered months: (February, April, June, August, October and December)
Testing from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
2nd and 4th Monday at 7.pm at the EMA building and will actually test other times if needed. They have met people in the middle of the week to test just one or several. They have 10 VE's in their group and pride themselves on being able to test any time, anywhere.
